The client now has a vacancy for a Commercial Intelligence Analyst to be working with their commercial team on a 9 month maternity cover contract. You will support the identification of areas of commercial opportunity from market intelligence relevant to the potential employers growth strategy. Client Details The client is a large national multi-site business within the property and housing sector with c.£;400m turnover. Description As Commercial Intelligence Analyst, you will support the identification of areas of commercial opportunity from market intelligence relevant to the potential employers growth strategy.Your Main duties will include: Identify trends and strategic direction of commissioners and markets based on internal and external analysis of business opportunity.tackle research as agreed with the departmental heads and director that supports commercial offers. To retain and manage information on competitors, local and national, informing business processes. Maintains and develops partnership databases, working with department heads to highlight suitable partners for future joint work. Maintains stakeholder database for commissioning contacts across interested sectors such as health, social care, criminal justice. Identifies internal quality requirements for growth and maintains and manages systems for evidencing the effectiveness of our service provision and ensures that this is fed through into our commercial offers.Reports on progress of department against performance KP I's. Profile The successful Commercial Intelligence Analyst will have the following demonstrable skills: verified track record in information management and ownership work. Experience of data analysis techniques. Experience of working and/or strong understanding in the supported housing, health or social care sectors would be very advantageous but not required and essential.Good understanding of bidding and tendering processes including information requirements across a large and dispersed national organisation. Thorough working knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement processes. Excellent project management and report writing skills oral and written conversational abilities and skills, time management and administration skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all levels, both internally and externally. Ability to problem solve and identify creative solutions. Strong interpersonal skills.Credibility and integrity. Main office location is within North East England however this vacancy can be home based nationally with some travel to sites across the United Kingdom involved. Job Offer Up to £;40k basic job salary D O E + flexi-time.Please note this vacancy is a 9 month maternity cover contract in the first instance.
