General Information Trillium is expanding within the United Kingdom and because of this expansion requires an additional staff member for its HR Department. Job Description Create job descriptions and adverts to ensure that the best job seekers for employment by the company are hired. Review applicant CVs to screen out undesirables and conduct initial phone interviews with short-listed job seekers. Schedule face to face interviews with qualified job seekers to meet with the hiring committee as required. Conduct new employee intakes and orientations, conduct background checks, referencing and employee filing tasks. Review staff rotas and payroll for accuracy and also maintain the vacation time-table. Attend department meetings as scheduled for the department. This vacancy requires a job seeker for this vacancy who is an independent thinker good communicator and can take initiative. Computing skills must be at a very high level as well.
