About This vacancy offer As a Insurance Reward Manager some of your Main duties will involve: Associating experience in the building of significant relationships ideally with clients in Insurance, either from a consulting vacancy or from within an Insurance firm. Strong technical reward expertise and looking to utilise those skills in a consultative environment that will deliver revenue opportunities for the McLagan Insurance team. Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or good name of any Group Company. About you As a Insurance Reward Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:1. General Sound understanding of and interest in Insurance. A thorough understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures. Ability to master a specific area of expertise. Would be considered a expert and the go-to person for either an internal process or a market sector.Likely have a supervisory/mentoring vacancy.
