As the highest ranking manager in the business you will need strong crisis management skills as well as being process driven to look to maximise a growing influx of prospects and leads whilst improving efficiency in the growing team.You should be someone who can develop a vision for the company and will be a strategist and leader to steer the company in this direction.Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities. Overseeing the company’s financial performance. Driving process to increase efficiencies, reduce cost and maximise sales opportunities. Provide strategic advice to the board and C E O so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times. Build relationships with key clients and partners. Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives and managers - offering guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.We are wanting to find and looking for verified experience in a managerial level or director vacancy showing potential to move to the next level.
