C H2 M would like to recruit a Head of Construction Integration to work on the Thames Tideway Tunnel project in London. This vacancy has been created by the move of the present incumbent on to another high public profile C H2 M project. We are wanting to find and looking for an experienced senior manager to lead a team of subject matter experts working within the Programme Managers Delivery Integration and Assurance area, to ensure integrated programme delivery and facilitate best for project' decisions. This is a key vacancy in one of the global's most complex water programmes, with a contract value of £;4.2 billion. Safe delivery of all activities and the safety and wellbeing of the Construction Integration Team. Responsibilities: - Facilitate Network Access Schedule, Trend Management Process and additional Tideway processes and procedures in order to drive 'best for project' decisions and best practice across the delivery areas - Challenge and escalate Tideway interface issues via leadership and steering groups - Assure Delivery Team alignment with Project Master Plan - Positive Stakeholder engagement to actively manage/track/report on Tideway issues via governance/meeting structure (by Delivery area/core project/ Alliance Team/PDR meetings and workshops) - Identify interface issues and gaps in programme delivery, monitor and mitigate as necessary - Escalate emerging interface issues where it proves to be necessary and ensure appropriate resolution - Assure compliance on Alliance interface activities - Facilitate effective daily commercial collaboration between Tideway and TWUL by offering an effective, current log for tracking interface issues to resolution or escalation to the Interface Committee for joint discussion as appropriate The minimum qualifications for this new job vacancy opportunity are: - Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Project Management - Member of relevant professional organisations - Proactive commitment to Health and Safety - verified management of multi-functional teams - Excellent organisational and collaborative skills - Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships Our Culture: Safety & health conscious, flexible working conditions, collaborative & friendly with constant social activities.
