IC T Dynamics CR M Developer Full time - Permanent Salary: up to £;55000 dependent upon experience Location: Bromley, Kent Core Competency Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CR M Organizations.Proficient in setting up and customising CR M.Proficient in customising CR M Forms using Java Script.Proficient in developing Processes (Workflows).Proficient in developing Custom Workflows.Proficient in developing Plugins.Development and utilisation of Web Services.Demonstrated proficiency in using the Dynamics CR M SDK.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .N E T 3.5+ development using C#. Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments. Ability to carry out Business Analysis for translation of business requirements to create fit-for-purpose Dynamics CR M solutions. Internally motivated able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.verified conversational abilities and skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders. Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes. Job Description Work as part of the IC T Development Team, to support and help the development and implementation of project solutions. Adhere to Agile methodologies depending upon nature of project. Translate business requirements into quality solutions. Assist with the scoping and planning of various projects on the CR M system and specifying technical requirements.Develop CR M customisations including workflows.Develop CR M extensions.Provide, develop and support integration solutions between CR M and other systems.Provide, develop and support Dynamics CR M integrated SQL Server Reporting Services solutions.Work closely with CR M solutions architect to formulate enterprise level designs to deliver robust and scalable solutions.Work with Prospects staff and third party organisations if required. Train end users and administrators in the usage of CR M solutionsWrite technical and user documentation of the CR M solution. Ensure that documentation is of the appropriate standard.Provide 3rd level support to users. Fix bugs, monitor and improve performance as necessary. Keep the system current with updates from software providers.Provide technical expertise to the Prospects Group in relation to IC T development projects, keeping abreast of the latest technologies, methodologies & standards in order to provide an informed opinion of what is possible.Provide general IC T assistance to end users throughout the Prospects group as the need arises. This will be at the discretion of line manager in line with project priorities.tackle other duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post. Personal Specification required and essential Substantial practical knowledge and some useful experience of working within the software development arena, with specific expertise around Microsoft Dynamics CR M (including one or more of: - CR M 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 & Dynamics 365). Ability to develop in variety of languages on multiple platforms: Languages: Strong C# development skills A SP.N E T SQL Strong knowledge of X ML and X ML Schemas H T ML, C S S, Java Script, JQuery, A J AXPlatforms / Technologies: - M S Windows Server 2012R2/2016 M S Internet Information ServicesWorking Knowledge of H T TP/ H T TP S, Web Services, R E S T M S SQL Server M S SQL Server Reporting Services (integrated with Dynamics CR M). Experience using code management systems such as Subversion Team Foundation Server etc. Methodologies / Development Tools Object Oriented Programming.previous working experience of Systems Integration.Visual Studio. Exposure to Project Management methodologies such as AgileDevelopment Patterns. Ability to use a variety of PC hardware or mobile technology. Able to organise and manage own workload and take a proactive approach to Divisional and Group IC T issues. Excellent problem solving skills.Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with both non-technical users and IC T Delivery Unit staff. Ability to plan meet deadlines and to work under pressure. Ability to work both independently and as a team member. An understanding of and commitment to, equal opportunities.
