Operations Manager/ Fitness & Leisure, London Up To £;60000 + Perkses + Benefits An exciting and demanding opportunity has arisen for a Operations Manager to be working with a fast moving innovative fitness Company in London. The company is one that is well respected and a company that provide a bespoke service to their clientele. The client is proud of their strong client relationships with a high focus on delivering quality personal services to the discerning clients. With a number of existing sites in London the client is wanting a strong Operations Manager from the Hospitality sector who can oversee all aspects of operations and logistics for their existing sites and also help the growth of their new sites in the pipeline. Job Description As an Operations Manager Your new job responsibilities will be for: Making sure that the daily and long term company strategies are met Total control for the operations that stand at the minute. Monitoring individual sales strategies to meet expectations of the MD.Responsible for all training & development policies alongside the HR teamRegular communication with Senior Directors & investors on updates Implementing policies and procedures in line with business needs Making sure that sales targets and profit are met Be able to think on your feet in order to solve problems Exceptional client services are provided. The Ideal job seeker for this vacancy will be: An experienced Area Manager with at least three/four years working in a hospitality environment Able to develop and implement strategies Experience in dealing with suppliers and 3rd parties Strong financial acumen and be able to execute and deliver on sales & budgets Focus on attention to detail Confident with dealing with presentations with Senior board and DirectorsUnderstand and implementing service and standards Excellent verbal & written communication The Package: Up to 60K basic plus bonus 50% bonus(KP I driven) The ideal job seeker for this vacancy will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving the business with a verified track record as an Area Manager in the hospitality sector.
