You will lead and manage an Internal Sales team in order to develop the sales opportunities from existing and new customers. You will be managing a team of sales authoritys to grow sales in new markets such as flat roofing, basement and loft conversions.You will be managing the Key Account Management team, to develop and maintain exciting new sales initiatives.You will be hiring and managing a sales team to develop sales through the Build- Aviator programme. Key result areas The delivery of sales and margin in line with budget expectations.Live account growthNew account and retention. Market share growth across all commodities. You have a background in management and face to face sales where you have achieved over and above the targeted results. You will have a verified track record in sales and experience of selling and negotiating, preferably within the commercial market. Understand Sales data and the ability to interpret this into resultsYou will be commercially mindedexemplary conversational and good conversational abilities and skills.
