T H I S C OULD B E T H E OPP OR TUN I TY Y OU H AV E B E EN W A I T ING F OR The client is hiring for a Technical Services Coordinator to be working with them at their UK Head Office. The purpose of This vacancy offer is to provide technical product support to their customers. This vacancy acts as the main point of contact for all technical customer questions, from faulty products through spare parts identification through to specification. Consistent provision of quality customer service is paramount to this vacancy, along with keen attention to detail and a thorough technical understanding of the principles of plumbing. This vacancy would suit someone that has worked within the plumbing industry (ie counter staff/administration/customer service). Responsibilities: Provide sound technical product support to all UK customers Answering technical product calls, product fault analysis and resolution Assess whether the fault falls within our warranty conditions and advising as necessary Identifying necessary spare parts and dispatching, along with an engineer if needed Identifying customer's requirements and applicable products Able to advise customers on specific calls Understand typical and non-typical plumbing installations to facilitate accurate specification adviceGive accurate specification advice to customers of differing technical expertiseUnderstand product portfolio to offer a complete service (training provided) Maintain technical support for email queries Take responsibility for a section of emailed technical support Be able to compose sufficient email support, anticipating subsequent questions and answering them Able to communicate effectively with engineers as well as customers Work alongside the existing Technical Support function within Customer Services, being the daily technical point of contact for the office-based members of staff. Maintain working relationships with our sub-contract fleet of service engineers. Administration of Technical Supports paperwork, from invoice approval and fault reporting through to complaint handling. Knowledge, Skills, Experience Excellent technical plumbing product knowledge. Operation knowledge of computer systems, predominately Office Experience or understanding of a CR M system and its capabilities Experience of working with numerous different customers with varying demands Intellectual Demands Must be technically minded Ability to quickly shift intellectual focus to different tasksWell organised and able to be effective under pressure Skills with People Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external).exemplary conversational and good conversational abilities and skills - verbal and written.
