We are hiring an HR & Training Administrator for The potential employers who are an award and prize winning, family run retail company. They have five stores in London and Hertfordshire and two stores in the Republic of Ireland. They have over 300 staff and sell 25000 different products. This position is located or based in the company s Head Office in Kilburn North West London. As they are a family run organisation they really look after their staff and are offering a competitive package for this vacancy. They are also extremely well established with over Forty years experience in the industry. This is a sensational opportunity to work in an extremely well appointed modern spacious office environment as part of a friendly, professional and well established HR and Training team. Main Objectives: To assist the L&D Manager & HR team in all training and HR related documentation. Assist L&D Manager in training administration. Assist in holiday requests electronically and manual forms. Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. Place of Work: Kilburn London NW6 Hours of Work: 9.00a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Job Specification: offering all administrative support to the HR Manager L&D Manager & HR team and ad hoc correspondence Assist in training administration from booking of training, travel arrangements, to accommodation for training delegates Managing and filing holiday records for all staffData entry of employee s training records onto the relevant HR, training and H& S database e.g. upload training records onto Sage HR, Safety Cloud etc. Assist in preparing training related reports, such as monthly B M F online campus reportPrepare 'new starter packs , induction and training packs/documentation Assist L&D Manager and HR team in ad hoc duties Person Specification: exemplary conversational and good communication and interpersonal skillsGood administrative skills A high level of confidentialityDiscretion and sensitivityGood time management and organisational skills Ability to work to deadlines Ability to work accurately, with attention to detailGood I T skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelGood work ethics Ability to work as part of a team Experience in training and HR would be an advantage Attractive basic job salary of between £;17k and £;19k, depending on experience plus benefits.
