With offices in both the UK and abroad they really are a company in demand We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Director who has vast knowledge in managing commercial teams within a retail service organisation. The ideal job seeker for this vacancy would have held a similar position within a B2 B Service led environment. Reporting to the Managing Director Your new job responsibilities will be for the strategic focus, innovation and leadership of the commercial function of the business. Key Accountabilities To design and shape the commercial and sales strategy for business growth To review, research and develop new revenue streams to increase company revenue potential Analysis of market potential for inventory and other services for a variety of industries Innovation and development of alternative service products that we could bring to market Support for clients and customers and expand the customer base, ensuring a continuously high level of service and satisfactionConstant optimisation and coordination of processes and organizational procedures Strengthening the organisation with respect to customer acquisition and customer care Supporting / promoting and ensuring all activities that business leaders will use to strengthen and market the businessWork closely with operational teams on ensuring an optimal customer-oriented individualised servicePlanning and monitoring of budgets and the definition and monitoring of relevant indicators, dependant on business objectivesContinual and effective leadership of employees including offering career development opportunities Key Performance Indicators Increased revenueDefined business growth in new verticals Success of the Commercial as a whole and individually Person Specification required and essential Extensive experience as a Commercial / Sales leader Extensive experience of account and / or sales management A strong, strategic focus with the ability to innovate, drive implementation and deliver long-term successverified experience in managing high-profile customer relationships Experience of planning, managing and evaluating sales and margin performance A logical, methodical, analytical thinker with the ability to highlight risk and develop short, mid and long term solutionsprevious working experience in people management Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence in a variety of methods with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels The ability to drive continuous improvement within the business Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise own workload with the ability to highlight goals and priorities Desirable previous working experience in the F MCG, space planning, consumer research or retail software solutions industries would be preferable To apply for this magnificent opportunity and get your career back on track, submit your CV to the online address.
