Lettings Property Manager - Residential. The potential employer is an established residential property management company with offices in and around London. They have grown from strength to strength over the last several years. They are now looking for a Lettings Property Manager for their London office. This vacancy offer supporting the property management team will require one to fulfil the following duties: Responsible for the daily management of an allocated portfolio in the local area.Conducting annual site visits/inspections. Appointing contractors for minor works. Ensuring payment of suppliers and landlords. Ensuring gas safety certificates and EPCs are in place. Handling any maintenance issues and queries. Being responsible for the return of deposits and liaising when necessary with the appropriate tenancy deposit scheme. Handing out keys to contractors - maintaining security measures at all times. Ensuring any special requirements for cleaning etc. for renewal or new deals are met in a timely manner. The Person: To apply, the job seeker for this vacancy must have at least 1/2 years' experience of managing a residential lettings portfolio. It will be advantageous if you studying towards the ARL A qualification or are ARL A qualified. Knowledge and experience of relevant legislations and section notices is important. Experience of managing a central London portfolio will be ideal, however not a pre-requisite. The incumbent must have solid communications and customer service skills.
