One of London's most prestigous property developers who specialise in the regeneration of the capitals fastest growing brownfield sites are restructuring their finance function with the view to list in the next 24 months. This reshuffle has bought about the need for an FP& A manager with property experience to be working with the team. Budgeting and forecasting. Prepare project budgets with Transaction Managers, establish and maintain forecasts and report on same to stakeholders.Cost control. Maintain tight control over development costs with Development and Construction Teams, reporting on commitments and against budget and forecast. Investor reporting. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting to investors, offering appropriate and relevant analysis when required. Management reporting. Deliver timely and accurate reporting to the board and senior management, offering appropriate and relevant analysis when required. Bank reporting. Ensure compliance will all banking covenants, managing the drawdown process and reporting on all finance matters on projects. Tax compliance and reporting. Ensure projects comply with tax and V A T matters and that all reporting requirements are met.Cashflow forecasting and working capital management. Maintain tight control over cash and working capital, delivering meaningful and timely forecasts. Financial controls. Ensure adequate financial controls are in place and adhered to at all times in relation to development projects. Supervise the Project Accounting Team. The Financial, Planning and Analysis Manager will report to the Head of FP& A with a dotted line to the Finance Director and will partner with all the finance teams ( Transaction Management, Legal & Risk Management, Financial Accounting and Operational Accounting) Experience/ Skills Degree educated and professional accountancy qualification ( AC A or similar). Experience of FP& A within property or property development is required and essential Experience of working closely with non-financial personnel. Experience of managing debt funding. Experience of using Y ARD I system (desired not required and essential) Ability to implement and manage reporting processes.
