Job Title: Imports Brokerage Coordinator Location: Feltham, Middlesex Salary: £;28000 Hours: 4 on/ 4 off rota basis (8:00am - 8:00pm) The company is one of the global's important providers of supply chain solutions, combining intercontinental Air and Ocean Freight with comprehensive Value- Added Logistics Services and Supply Chain Services. They run a global network with some 500 branches in more than 80 countries and employ approximately 15000 people globalwide. The company is looking to hire an Imports Brokerage Co-ordinator to complete custom entries in an accurate and timely manner also other customs related tasks. Main duties: Dealing with the download of files and transferring to different folders in various systems.Processing wide variety of imports entries on air and ocean.Completing T1's. Invoicing duty and V A T.Dealing with customs queries.Complete entry amendments.Deal with downloads of files and transferring within internal systems. Filing. To deliver individual and departmental KP I's. The Company reserves the best to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company's business. Skills & Competencies: Experience/Qualifications. Functional experience in Imports. Extensive Knowledge of Customs procedures to support and help Supervisor.Knowledge of the company's products and services.Good Excel knowledge required. Skills: Process oriented. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Able to solve problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to use own judgment. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Good Excel skills/knowledge. Fluent in English (spoken and written).Driving Licence preferred.
