This vacancy offerWe are currently hiring for a methodical and diligent Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator located or based in our Head Office in Upminster Essex. Your new job responsibilities will be for the delivery of a full range of services to the Facilities Management team as well as supporting the delivery of the HR agenda with a bias towards recruitment. This vacancy offer will involve working with other HR colleagues to support and help HR projects and initiatives in the broader business. General responsibilities will include: Be the first point of contact for all Recruitment related queries across all departments Administer HR related documentation such as - offer letters, contracts of employment, leaver's process, performance management, absence and holiday information Ensure the HR system is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation at all times Make verbal offers to job seekers and organise the on-boarding processCarrying out right to work checks, checks of qualifications & certificates and acquireing references To ensure confirmation emails are sent out to job seekers and hiring managers confirming the relevant information To monitor the recruitment and HR inbox and respond to email queries from potential job seekers, hiring managers and colleagues. Supporting with the company corporate inductiondiscussing and advising with hiring managers to arrange interviews and provide feed back post interview Supporting with any other relevant projects Requirements We are wanting to find and looking for someone who is part C IPD qualified or working towards this with the following: A verified track record of working in an HR administrative/Recruitment coordinator vacancy operating in a fast paced and ever changing business Strong administration and organisational skills The ability to work accurately, with attention to detailProficient Microsoft Office skills with advanced level Excel skills Awareness and understanding of confidentialityCapable of prioritising a complex and demanding workloadWorking to tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focussed values Strong conversational abilities and skills, both written and verbal Flexibility and willingness to learn Ability to balance the needs of the people with the needs of the business Ability to work as part of a team Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, Arcus employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package including on a pro rata basis: 33 days holiday including Bank HolidaysContributory pension of up to 6%Discretionary bonus schemeLife AssuranceLearning & Development opportunitiesChildcare vouchers Health and wellbeing discounts Please note, due to the high volume of applications, we will only be contacting suitable job seekers who meet the requirements of This vacancy offer.
