I am working with a major global player on their HR Modernisation programme who are wanting to find and looking for a very qualified communications/change authority to be working with one of the key workstreams. The primary purpose of This vacancy offer is to be working within the Change Workstream on all change, communication and training related activities, to produce key education and communication materials, plan and prepare for stakeholder engagement activities and provide guidance to local in-country teams with specific change and communication needs and prepare the business for go-live. This is a practical, hands-on vacancy requiring excellent PowerPoint skills and good experience in the use of collaboration tools such as Yammer SharePoint and Slack. The successful job seeker for this vacancy will get exposure to a major global HR transformation programme incorporating multiple system implementations, operating model and organisational design change management and transition management. This vacancy offer also provides great exposure in HR across different business segments and centres of excellence. You must have: required and essential: Solid experience in communication change or training, ideally with a large project environment Experience with a range of modern communication channels video, social media tools, document collaboration and meeting management tools. Excellent ability to quickly build skills, understand content & take on additional responsibilitiesKnowledge and experience of HR services in a large global organisation Strong personal organisational and planning skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal conversational abilities and skills with attention to detail Excellent client relationship/ stakeholder management skills: collaboration & influencing skillsPerformance and results focused an ability to self-direct with minimal guidance Strong team playervery motivated with passion for excellence and delivery Ability to work in complex, ambiguous and unstructured environments, pulling together the different strands of information and translating them in to a sensible plan and solution Strong expertise in Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office suite 12 to 24 month contract opportunity.
