Service Desk Advisor c£;27,500.00 (£;16.02 over time rate) Annual Perks c£;1000.00 Hours of Work: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday Friday and every other Saturday 7:30 am to 1:00 pm The Company: The potential employer s business has been established for over Forty years, it started as a family run business which through expansion and success is now part of a plc Group. They sell new and used commercial vehicles from all six of their depots across the UK they also offer other services such as servicing and breakdown cover. Experience Required: The ideal job seeker for this vacancy for this vacancy will have experience in the motor industry and perhaps in a similar vacancy, although this is not required and essential, job seekers with industry experience will be prioritised in the short-listing process. Preferably you will have some practical knowledge and some useful experience of working with the I T package ADP Kerridge, but again this is not required and essential as training can be given however at least some experience with a CR M (Client Relationship Management) System would be preferred. You will be obliged to have exemplary conversational and good conversational abilities and skills, both verbal and written be I T literate and able to multi-task. Main Duties: Being the first point of contact for walk in service customers and telephoned in service calls Taking vehicle bookings Giving information on vehicle progress and updates on when the vehicle will be ready to collect/be delivered Calculating when vehicle services are due, by assessing the vehicle age and it s mileage Checking the manufacturer system for information on vehicle contracts, history and recalls discussing and advising with the workshop controller and service manager on customer requirements feed back Update manufacturer V OR logs and other KP I s. Warranty/Retail Invoicing Claim undertaking and processing Additional Information: Twenty days paid holiday which can increase with length of service plus bank holidays Full support and training will be provided to assist in meeting targets and objectives Contributory pension scheme Free parking £;27500 - £;30000/annum £;27.5K + 1K annual bonus + overti
