The Team: The agency has established a large client base from a wide variety of sectors including financial services, retail, charity, travel and tourism and they are now looking for an outgoing, positive team player with verified sales and lead generation skills to be working with their small but growing client services team that focuses on identifying new business opportunities as well as supporting the agencies key clients. This vacancy offer: As an Inside Sales rep you ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities - specifically focused on data & analytics, but also recognising potential opportunities to develop the wider service offering across a number of data related products and services including compliance, enhancement, CR M, creative & prospect pool solutions. It s a hugely varied vacancy and perfect for someone who s proactive, outgoing, loves a challenge and enjoys working across a range of client, sectors and projects. Main duties include: Proactively identifying, pitching and closing new business Generating sales through a range of products and services offered by the agency Ensuring all clients understand the full range of products and services that the agency offersWorking closely with the team to open and introduce key opportunities Training and Development: You ll have the opportunity to learn from an established and experienced team who will train and support you on the agencies products and services, as well as help you to develop your sales, negotiating and account management skills. Skills and Experience: 1-2 years + practical knowledge and some useful experience of working in a sales vacancy selling low end packages/services, possibly in a telesales environment Experience in generating new business and developing a pipeline A verifiable track-record in delivering on your targets Some knowledge of the marketing data industry would be an advantageGood understanding of how consumer and third party data and marketing technology are used to drive cross channel communications is desirable Personal attributes: Confident, articulate, with a professional telephone mannerexemplary conversational and good conversational abilities and skills (written and verbal) as well as great presentation skills Some experience of putting proposals and presentations togetherGreat interpersonal skills, able to communicate well both internally and externally Formidable energy and drive, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Successful job seekers will be notified by email where you will be asked to complete a brief application questionnaire and invited to a telephone screening interview.
