A 12 month fixed term contract has just become available for an HR Business Analyst to work for the HR Transformation and Projects Director for an international company located or based in Thame with the head office in Oxford. This position will provide the analysis of existing processes, options definition for future processes and in technical terms, facilitate the transformation roadmap. One that motivates our colleagues to do the best they canWe ensure that our people strategies are aligned with the needs of the organization keeping our colleagues at the heart of what we do Business AnalysisWorking in partnership with stakeholders within the business areas to develop a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges and current means of collecting and undertaking and processing information managing workflows and reportingCompare and contrast the business areas such that synergies can be identified exploited efficiencies leveraged and a harmonisation roadmap developed. The documenting of processes as they exist and the options for possible future processes is key to achieving a sustainable, efficient global solution. Engaging and working with software suppliers and partners, understanding their product capabilities and how internal processes can be adapted to take full advantage of product features and functions but existing and planned. Analyse, document and re-engineer existing processes, both manual and automated to map onto software and application capabilities and the supporting non application processes. Actively engage with regional and global counterparts to share best practice and ensure global consistency.Provide constant reporting to meet report schedules. Support and train as required the HR I S Services Manager and their direct reports.Provide training support and expertise to the wider user network. Experience Knowledge & Skillsverified experience in all aspects of change projects including analysis, eliciting and documenting requirements and processes, design and implementation.Quick to adapt to new business area and technologies High standard of analytical capability Ability to manage and improve processDemonstrated strong written and verbal conversational abilities and skills, including the skill of translating raw data into meaningful information to support and help senior management decision makingKnowledge of HR functions and products, services and system, in particular Oracle Fusion HC M would be desirable but not compulsoryverified ability to build and leverage a network relationships across the organisation Excellent team working style Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high quality work Ability to manipulate data through I T systems and ability to learn new technology Advanced user of Microsoft Office, in particular advanced skills in Excel Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times Ability to be working with structured and unstructured dataUnderstanding of statistical analysis to predict outcomes is desirable but not required and essential.Working within an international virtual team Fluent in written and spoken English Relevant business degree Ability to travel to other sites in the UKRecognised business analyst qualification or demonstrable experience of delivering change within a complex environment, strong work orientation taking ownership to deliver on time every time. The particular challenges of this vacancy in the first six months are: Maintaining momentum of product deliverables to ensure system deadlines can be met. Managing relationships in a change environment Establishing HR processes that align to Company high level policiesDeveloping the HR team's competence aligned to the delivery model This vacancy offer will be located or based in Thame with meetings in Oxford.
