A vacancy has arisen within the HR department of The potential employer Kerry Foods PortadownYour new job responsibilities will be for directly supporting the HR team in administrative duties within the department. The purpose of This vacancy offer is to work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a high quality of HR services are delivered to the business Main duties To manage the administrative process of new starters, leavers, transfers, sickness absence, maternity and paternity leave in an accurate and timely manner. To prepare appointment letters, contracts of employment, variations of contract, disciplinary packs etc. in line with current legislation and service levels. To prepare management information reports on a weekly and monthly basis To organise Occupational health and screening nurse appointments To respond to external requests for information such as reference requests, solicitors letters To update and maintain computerised and manual files and records. Promotion and ownership of the site long service and recognition award schemes. Co-ordinating the organisation of the fair employment monitoring returns Involvement in team projects as necessary Specific skill requirementrequired and essential A level qualifications or equivalent in HR experience 2 years experience working within a HR team Excellent I T skills, particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint High level of numeracy with the ability to analyse information together with an excellent eye for detail. Able to organise and prioritise workloads Ability to work effectively as part of a team Attention to detail Commitment to learn HR policies and procedures in supporting the HR function Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
