Head of Site Operations We require a Head of Site Operations for our Essex based Client. The post holder will be accountable for leading the operational aspects of running an engineering site to deliver the business needs needed across the site to exceed revenue targets and customer expectations. Key Objectives for post holder andbull; Overall responsibility of the site to lead the day to day site andbull; Contribute to the development and implementation of the business plan andbull; To provide leadership and guidance on the delivery of business excellence to support growth. andbull; Drive up OEE andbull; Manage, coach and develop the senior management team and manufacturing site. andbull; Set objective. KPIs within area of responsibility, review and assess ongoing performances of direct report. andbull; Adopt a hands-on approach to management and all employees to motivate, direct and achieve results. andbull; Inspire and drive continuous improvement culture throughout the site. andbull; Deliver change. andbull; Provide robust cost managemen.improvement culture whilst delivering results. andbull; Control and manage budgets and spend to agreed levels. andbull; Lead, Manage team activities in line with HR systems maintaining a positive working environment and development of your people including team briefings and performance reviews. Required Skills and Experience andbull; Minimum of degree in an engineering discipline or apprentice served with proven success in the field of engineering management to NVQ level 5+. andbull; Strong leadership, Coach and People Management skills in an engineering. manufacturing environment with experience of leading change. andbull; Excellent analytical skills and capability to develop short, medium and long term strategy. andbull; Lean Manufacturing methodology andndash; 5s, Six Sigma and SMED. andbull; Project management skills and Health and Safety understanding. andbull; Value Engineering procedures and cost management andbull; Customer driven, good communicator, motivator who encourages and adopts an engaging environment. andbull; Excellent technology skills Hours of Work:
Monday andndash; Thursday:
7.00 am andndash; 4.00 pm Friday:
7.00 am andndash; 3.30 pm. Although the successful job job candidate will be required to be flexible and work the hours needed to succeed in The Job. Benefits:
