The Job A exciting opening has arisen for an In-House HR Recruiter to work within the HR department of this fast moving and evolving Education Provider. As the In-House HR Recruiter you will assume The Job of primary recruiter for all of the recruitment needs of the group. The successful candidate will be accountable for sourcing and engaging high calibre job job candidates by a variety of methods including LinkedIn, advertising, job boards and headhunting. Reporting directly to the Head of HR the importantity of your duties will revolve around providing an end to end recruitment service. You will also be needed to be involved with other aspects of the HR function when time permits and therefore must also have some generalist HR understanding. This is a full-time, permanent position provideing a salary of � 28,000 - � 32,000 per annum depending on experience. This job would be preferably suited to someone who is at the moment or has recently worked within the recruitment industry and is looking to transfer into an In-House recruiter position. Principal Accountabilities Recruitment:
andbull; Support all aspects of the recruitment process including partnering with recruiters and investigating and establishing alternative recruitment sources. andbull; Proactively sourcing and screening job job candidates via Job Boards, LinkedIn and social media. andbull; Assess applicantsandrsquo; relevant understanding, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. andbull; Work with the HR Administrator to coordinate with agencies, job job candidates and interviewers to arrange events such as telephone and face-to-face interviews. andbull; Conduct primary telephone interviews. andbull; Correspond with agencies and job job candidates following interviews to provide feedback and arrange secondary interviews if needed. andbull; Obtain proof of identity documents and initiate pre-employment checks. andbull; Support interviewers with interview training. andbull; Make provides and negotiate salaries (within agreed parameters) with agencies and direct job job candidates. andbull; Work with HR Team to provide inductions for all new staff. andbull; Devise and maintain a recruitment curriculum vitae (CV) database. andbull; Act as a point of contact and build influential job job candidate relationships during the selection process. andbull; Provide advice and support on a regular basic to managers and staff on a wide range of operational Human Resources issues, referring to the Head of HR where appropriate. andbull; Assist managers and staff in the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures. andbull; Manage the probationary review process and actively working with managers to ensure they are competed full.add value and are done on time. andbull; Working in conjunction with the HR Administrator ensure all induction paperwork is completed and the details of all new starters are provided to the Head of HR for inclusion in the monthly payroll. andbull; Assist with HR matters as directed by the Head of HR. Administration:
andbull; Assist with general HR duties as directed by the Head of HR. where needed. andbull; Draft contracts and other letters as needed. andbull; Any other reasonable duties as instructed by your line manager.
