A great property company in North London is looking for a proactive and highly organised Accounts Administrator to become part of their successful organisation. The ideal job job candidate will possess experience of reconciliations, service charge accounts and client accounting for the lettings business, but more importantly you will need to be a confident team player with a andlsquo;can-doandrsquo; attitude. The employer feels it is key to their success to ensure their employees work in a happy environment and so they provide a competitive salary and stimulating benefits package. Key job duties in this Accounts Administrator job include:

* Reconciliation of Lettings accounts on a daily basis
* Direct debit processing
* Allocation of rents and deposits to new tenancies
* Landlord and contractor payments
* Preparation and issue of Landlord statements
* Landlord and tenant arrears; chasing and reducing
* Deposit releases
* Processing card payments Plus more! Key skills and experience needed:

* Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator within the property sector is preferential
* Excellent numerical skills
* Experience of bank reconciliations
* Knowledge of CFP Winman is highly beneficial
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* PC literate (strong MS Word and Excel)
* Proactive team player
* Flexible, professional and hard working with a can-do attitude
