Learning Curve Group (LCG) provides a range of nationally accredited qualifications and is particularly well known as a high quality supplier of vocational training services, including the delivery of apprenticeships. The business has entered a phase of accelerated growth to capitalise on and continue its success, and further develop the service provideing. Summary of The Job The successful candidate will be accountable for driving effective business growth across our training division, which is funded by the apprenticeship levy. This will include co-ordinating the sales and marketing functions that will achieve this objective and working alongside the operational delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract to delivery. This will drive more revenue and profit to achieve the companyand#39;s ambitious growth plans. The key tasks break down into:
Specific Develop, implement and manage the sales and marketing strategy for engagement of levy paying employers Support the relationship with levy paying employers until contract exchange and agreement with the operational team they will take over the relationship Promote all areas of training that the company can provide, including AEB and loan funded activity, and build this into the overarching agreement around support with levy spend Create, and be accountable for, a clear and effective plan for the handover of managing large employers Help the Commercial Director identify specific opportunities for appropriate new revenue streams and generate the plan for these Generic Conduct your job in line with the company values and required behaviours Implement and comply with the Safeguarding and Health and Safety Policies Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism at all times Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company To undertake these tasks, youandrsquo;ll need these important qualities:
Senior Management experience Successful experience of hands-on sales at a senior level Ability to see opportunities and capitalise on them The capability to close a deal The capability to map projects out to ensure end to end solutions are found In-depth understanding of the skills and vocational education agenda and sector Location of this job is National with monthly visits to Head Office in County Durham
