Education We are at the moment working alongside a leading worldwide Engineering organisation, as they search for a capable Building Surveyor to become part of their expanding team in Central London. Within the UK, our customerand#39;s Buildings teams have worked on an unusually diverse range of award winning projects, across all market sectors including Transport, Infrastructure, Defence, Scientific, Education, High-Tech and Specialist Property. An more workload from new projects wins means that they are continually looking to recruit the right calibre of person to get involved in their blend of interesting and challenging projects. Our customer provides the resources to turn great ideas into reality and theyandrsquo;re looking for the most talented and passionate individuals out there to be their next generation of leaders who appreciate the benefits of multidisciplinary working. Out customer have several new opportunities for Building Surveyors within their Central London team. Ideally the successful job job candidate will be seeking RICS qualification, be passionate about maintaining and developing client relationships and eager to embrace new technologies. The existing team is engaged in the private sector in London and in the public sector across the South East in both the Education and Rail sectors. Should you be successful in your application for this stimulating new position, then your primary job job duties would be to work within existing teams to provide a responsive, understanding-based Building Surveying service to existing clients and new clients. Opportunities exist for ambitious job job candidates to expand the service provideing to key clients in the United Kingdom. The existing team are well structured and provide a high quality service with thourough understanding of landlord and tenant matters, building pathology, procurement and contract administration. We anticipate that the successful applicant for this stimulating new opportunity will have the following skills, understanding and experience:

*commercial property environment, having an excellent grasp of Building Pathology, dealing with properties across a wide age range from Victorian through to the 1960and#39;s. 70and#39;s.
*experience in dealing with all aspects of Building Surveying including producing Condition Surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance Reports, Dilapidations Reports, Party Wall Awards and dealing with Licences to Alter would be a decided advantage.
*clear and concise report writing is essential.
*must be a team player with excellent personal and communication skills.
