The employer, an instantly recognisable brand with offices in West London are looking to source a purchase ledger clerk to become part of their dynamic finance team. This job will report directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager and prior experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment will be essential. Key job duties -All areas of Purchase Ledger function - processing of supplier invoices, reconciling of supplier statements and preparing weekly payment runs -Resolving supplier queries -Opening new accounts -Allocating payments -Processing monthly employee expenses -Contributing to process improvement initiatives -Assisting with ad hoc requests from senior management team The ideal job job candidate will be a proactive, hard-working individual with experience in a purchase ledger department.
