The Job:
Civil Infrastructure Technician The Company First People Solutions are at the moment recruiting for a consulting engineering company located in Edinburgh. The company have been operating for many years in Edinburgh but have recently grown and hope to continue this. They have several offices across the UK and specialise in civil and structural engineering with many of their clients being in the residential, commercial and education sector. Due to the increase in workload, and not wanting to overstretch their current staff, they have decided they require a Civil Infrastructure Technician for their Edinburgh office. The Job In this position you will be working alongside a team who are responsible for delivering infrastructure design for various projects. You will carry out detailed design for roads, drainage (including SUDS) and site levelling. The ideal job job candidate will be someone who is carrying out a similar position in a consulting engineering environment. A understanding of AutoCAD is essential with WINDES, PDS an.or Civil 3D being very advantageous.
