Comfortable liaising with clients. 15-20% of The Job is business development Degree qualified Able to design in all materials Breadth of experience ranging from small domestic projects to circa � 30m industrial, commercial, and educational schemes Buildings experience (those with only OandG exposure will not be considered) 5-6 yearsandrsquo; experience within buildings A hands-on engineer willing to do calculations and sometimes drawings Minimum 3-4 years UK experience to include 70andrsquo;s houses and 50andrsquo;s industrial buildings Must be able to hit the ground running, not needing extensive training or supervision Desirable:
Masterandrsquo;s degree. Those who obtained that from Bath, Cardiff, Sheffield, or Loughborough are preferable. Bath or Cardiff are 1st choices. Personality traits:
