Purpose of The Job To engage all people across Europe and Asia. To create a dialogue across the region and create an understanding of everyoneandrsquo;s job in delivering the regional and worldwide objectives. The EUA Communications BP. The Job will require the individual to work with the regional CEO and Executive Committee as well as with the Managing Directors of 9 countries. The job holder will develop and maintain the regional communications calendar and plan aligned to the worldwide one. As a member of the worldwide communications team, the individual forms a key part of the content engine for all online and offline channels. Key deliverables
* Develop an internal communications strategy and plan for the region aligned to strategic priorities and key themes;
* Ensure execution of plan;
* Devise and implement all regional CEO communications;
* Act as strategic advisor to CEO and Executive Committee;
* Ensure the regional interests are represented across all online and offline media;
* Act as a business partner to the countries of the region as part of the Central Support Team;
* Continued and successful embedding of Yammer across the region to ensure employees engage in active feedback, enabling andlsquo;bottom-upandrsquo; as well as andldquo;top downandrdquo; communications;
* Provide guidance to regional colleagues ensuring credible, timely and aligned messages;
* Implement and drive practices and standards ensuring consistency in application and high quality outputs across the region;
* Qualitative measurement of communications. Required skills
* Strong and successful track record in in-house international internal communications;
* Proficient experience in Yammer or other internal social media tools;
* Ability to combine strategic thinking with successful implementation;
* High quality written and verbal communications skills (native English equivalent);
* Excellent interpersona.consulting skills with the capability to listen, coach, direct, and work across teams;
* Ability to educate stakeholders about purpose of quality internal communications;
* Developing and managing strong business and stakeholder relationships;
* Ability to operate effectively in a andldquo;virtualandrdquo; team environment, engaging communicators in other geographies and business areas;
* Absolute relicapability, flawless execution and strong attention to detail;
* Understanding of the FS industry or the capability to rapidly acquire it;
* Languages advantageous (Fluency in German, French especially);
