Digital Project Manager - Financial Services (AVP) The employer a Tier 1 Bank in London, want an AVP Level Digital Project Manager to become part of their digital technology function. The Digital office delivers mission critical programme and project change across technology. Your work will vary extensively between landing new products and services to generate revenue, and implementing regulatory or mandatory changes. Overall Purpose of The Job andbull; Responsible for the successful delivery of projects to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards. The Job typically requires managing small- to medium-scale projects or small to medium scale workstreams within larger projects or programmes typically � 1-2m andbull; Manages project team engaged throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Delivery of project(s) supporting the business strategy from business case through to initiation, requirement analysis, design, build, testing, implementation and closure, or indeed under more agile delivery frameworks (e.g. SCRUM etc.) andbull; Manages the project end to end including the IT elements of delivery (where applicable) Key Accountabilities andbull; Demonstrates an understanding of strategy set by leadership team andbull; Identifies, assesses and manages project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate via the agreed governance framework. andbull; Ensures that realistic detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps are prepared and maintained, providing regular and accurate reports on progress against plan to stakeholders as appropriate andbull; Support identification, definition and tracking of the realisation of the project benefits in line with the expectation set out in the Business Case andbull; Creating and maintaining a resource demand profile for their projec.workstream as part of planning and monitoring activities andbull; Initiates and manages the business implementation plan, including all the activities that the business needs to do to prepare for new technical components and technologies or proces.organisation changes (with VP oversigh.review) andbull; Ensures projects being managed are compliant with relevant governance methodologies (e.g. iCompass. SDLC. Agile and Navigator) andbull; Runs small projects or workstreams on larger projects.
