The employer, a leading green energy and Waste Management Company are at the moment seeking a Shift Maintenance Team Leader The shift patterns for this job is 4 on 4 off and will consist of days and nights Job job duties andbull; Effectively manage the day to day running of your assigned shift. andbull; Plan, carry out, and document all preventative, condition based and reactive maintenance. andbull; Effective diagnosis ensuring repairs are completed safely, swiftly, completely, and economically. andbull; Maintain up to date records of assets, calibrations and service histories. andbull; Undertake work both personally and in close liaison with shift team members and external contractors. andbull; Demonstrate a team approach with operational colleagues. andbull; Work prescribed shift pattern to support out of hourandrsquo;s preventative maintenance works. andbull; Develop and manage routine maintenance programs. andbull; Maintain workshop, tooling and test equipment to meet policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. andbull; Assist in the coordination of term. service contracts. andbull; Works with technical engineering support and maintenance planning to ensure that first line diagnosis and maintenance activities in conjunction with current procedures is carried out in order to preserve the highest levels of safety, environmental compliance, plant integrity and availcapability. andbull; Ensure works are carried out through standard maintenance procedures and the South Kirkby PPM process. andbull; Support and be accountable for ensuring maintenance KPI targets are achieved. andbull; Advise and make recommendations on overall spares holdings, service suppliers and develop lists of critical parts. andbull; Assist the Engineering Maintenance Manager and his team in the development of a comprehensive set of plant maintenance procedures. andbull; Retain a current intelligence of relevant industrial best practice pertaining to the maintenance of the equipment at the site. andbull; Ensure assigned plant areas are maintained in good order and that housekeeping is to the established standard. andbull; Take responsibility for and ensure attendance at training sessions as needed. andbull; Undertake effective training and monitoring of personal development to ensure competence to undertake your duties, ensuring, skills and flexibility are developed and maintained via consistent application of; work reviews, training plans, performance Development Reviews, site policies and procedures, team briefings and feedback sessions. What we need from you andbull; Previous experience in a similar job andbull; Able to commit to both day and night shifts andbull; Previous experience in the Waste Management Sector (Desirable)
