Human Resources Business Partner. HRBP Trowbridge with travel to other campuses Full Time Permanent � 31,870 - � 35,704 The employer is the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire and is building a reputation for quality provision, innovation and student care. They are now seeking an additional customer-focused HR Business Partner to support a number of Curriculum and Business Support areas, based at their Trowbridge campus with regular travel to their other sites. The HR Business Partner job is to deliver a professional, business-focused HR operational service which meets customer needs and College objectives. The Job also contributes to wider HR and OD initiatives, including policy development and delivery of key projects. Your main job duties will include providing advice and support on all aspects and at every stage of employee relations matters. You will also be accountable for developing HR policies and procedures in line with changes to legislation and best practice, delivering training sessions for managers on areas such as performance management and managing sickness absence and carrying out HR inductions with new staff. You will also have the opportunity to lead on, and support a variety of initiatives and work streams, aligned to our People Strategy. The successful job job candidate will be passionate about delivering a high quality HR service and have the capability to foster excellent working relationships with colleagues and customers.
