Senior Associate Civil Infrastructure Engineer
£55000 - £65000/annum
Senior Associate - Infrastructure Engineering As a member of the senior management team you will plan, manage, control and execute key sector business including the management of a team in providing professional engineering services to clients. Will actively promote the business and engage in Business Development to secure both existing and new Clientsand#39; business. You will work closely with our engineering teams being responsible for the technical delivery and quality of the structura.civil design deliverables for your team and the work you lead. Key Duties:
Grow a team of engineers to work on a wide range of infrastructure and regeneration projects. Provide leadership and technical assuranc.review for all deliverables you and your team are responsible for Manage design teams and provide guidance and mentoring to junior members Develop capabilities and experience of the team in order to seek opportunities to deliver engineering service.projects to other sectors Contribute and lead engineering inputs to PQQs and tenders Be client facing and able to develop client relationships; responsible for workload and profitcapability with the assistance of the MD and other senior team members Business development skills Your developed relationship management skills will allow you to secure work and oversee the smooth running of technical projects. Your natural leadership means you can lead engineering teams and support the professional development of the team Skills. Qualifications Essential:
Has experience of leading the technical delivery within an engineering team Has worked within a multi-disciplinary or engineering consultancy Has demonstrable technical engineering experience within an infrastructure context Experience of using a range of analysis and drawing. modelling packages 10 years + consultancy experience Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Competent in the use of appropriate codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation Competent in design safet.environmental requirements, procedures and job duties Demonstrable technical revie.assurance skills Worked within a BIM environment Stakeholder management Desirable:
Multi-sector experience Has experience of working on major infrastructure projects Qualifications:
Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering Member of a relevant professional body such as ICE Chartered Engineer - CEng MICE
