BSME. DH 12 The employer has been established for over 75 years and is a successful AC. Refrigeration and Building Services Contractor operating in the United Kingdom. As part of their continued success in supporting the above region, they are looking to recruit experienced Engineers for multi-site locations for a large retail client. job duties include:
To undertake service and maintenance covering Trade specific systems i.e. A. Refrigeration, electrical, heatin. plumbing as needed throughout various customer buildings and estates ensuring Company target levels at met. To undertake reactive works issued through the Service desk within set time frames so that customer expectations are met. Carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment as needed and advise Customer and Account Managers of the repairs needed. Maintain a high level of workmanship ensuring all areas where work has been carried out are left clean and tidy. Complete all necessary paperwork, customer in store e-based systems and administration and return to relevant parties as needed, on time (same day). Liaise with the Service Desk to order parts where vehicle stocks are depleted. specialist parts are needed. Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as appropriate. To be capable of working from drawings and specifications and other documentation without the need for direct supervision. Reports any site health and safety issues or site performance issues that cannot be rectified back to respective Account Manager and. or Supervisor. Ensures the Company is promoted in a professional manner at all times, maintaining an appropriate attitude and appearance in front of the Customer. Gives appropriate training to Apprentices as part of their program of experience. To undertake reactive service and fault finding repairs issued by the service desk within set timeframes to ensure Customer expectations are met. To consistently meet KPI levels set out in the service level agreement. contract for each location. Communicate to supervisors and account team to ensure business quotes for identified additional works outside of the contract. Ensure the Company is promoted in a professional manner at all times, maintaining an appropriate attitude and appearance in front of the Customer. Update and complete PDA and paperwork on time Requirements:
andbull; FGas andbull; Engineering. Technical qualification:
Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (Electrical. Mechanical andbull; Good understanding and level of competency in building services disciplines (A. Refrigeration Electrical and Plumbing). andbull; Be able to work from technical drawing and specifications without need of direct supervision andbull; Full clean vehicle licence Applicants should have the right to work in the UK or hold the appropriate work permit
