Your Mission:
To run the civil and structural division of the London office. You will have the sole responsibility of increasing the profitcapability and raising the profile of the existing team (5 strong). Competencies:
Must be strong and accomplished in business development (BD). 60-70% of The Job is BD Business savvy, must be able to build a profit making business by delivering projects on time and to a good quality Owner of a andldquo;little black bookandrdquo; of contacts Ability to develop new and existing business. The clients should become andldquo;like friendsandrdquo; Comfortable in a andldquo;hands onandrdquo; Director led environment Capable of building turnover to � 250-� 300K in the first year-increasing to � 1.5M over the 3-4 years. Previous experience of managing a team Technical understanding Commercial expertise, capability to secure the workload Ability to review and understand designs A Chartered Engineer-this is company policy My client is looking to interview and hire.
