Firm training is a new training company that specialises in Dental Nurse and Access courses to allow students to develop and form a career in both these medical fields. We have already trained over 100 students within our Access courses and we are now progressing into Dental Training. As part of the Training Advisory job you will be required to place adverts, make contact with students that are responding to adverts as well as generating methods of other advertising sources. You would work from a database of clients that are leads to approach as well as firm up and establish new working relationships. On joining the company, you are allocated a course that you are responsible for ensuring maximum enrollment numbers on the courses that are running there. You will have a weekly target that if achieved will result in high commissions and rewards. High achievers will also be recognised with holidays, shopping vouchers, and be in the running for the end of year bonus and awards night. The Training Advisor job is an stimulating and challenging position with the opportunity to earn a basic salary and commission with incentivised bonuses and rewards through the year. Some of the tasks you will undertake in this job are; andbull; Working with our in house databases andbull; Communicating over the with students and dental practise clients to encourage enrolments and career opportunities. andbull; Working on advertising sources to establish new links and future development of allocated location andbull; Meeting face to face students in the offices andbull; Advising students of the qualifications and supporting them through the decision process by phon.emails. andbull; Be targeted and monitored on a weekly basis andbull; Offering options to students for different courses to fit their needs andbull; Manage your students for collecting balances on enrolment fees and setting up direct debit schemes andbull; Manage the in house database to record students conversation, documents and notes Above is a brief outline of what would be required from you if you were to be successful for the Training Advisor Role. This job provides on the job training. The applicant needs to have a minimum of 2-3 years prior in recent sales experience and have been located in an office environment. Being local to the office and any prior sales within Trainin. Recruitment would be advantageous. Computer literacy skills and of course very good communicative skills skills a must. Office Hours Monday - Friday 9am -6pm - Based at Head Office in Loughton, Essex
